I bought a used BMW with50k miles. After their 120 point check (whatever point)I’ve spent $2600 on repairs and not even done yet. Still have the ac repair to go. But was told cant fix That until it gets hotter out. Crazy part is the fixed a part that was not even broken and want me to pay for the repairs plus the repair for the broken part. I give up. I’m selling that car because of bad experience of arrowhead BMW. Wish I’ve talked to the people around me before I purchased the car. Sould like I’m not the only one.

We have never had such a horrible buying experience as we have had at this dealership. Complaint on a November 2020 purchase has been filed with corporate.

😡 I would NOT use BMW Arrowhead. They sold me a used vehicle and didn't disclose the cat dander. I am allergic to cats. Every time I get in my car watery eyes , itchy skin, hives. Definitely not safe condition to be driving in . They told me the Cabin and Motor Air filters had been changed. Not true at all! See pics on my Facebook. And the vehicle detailed. The sales department I had no problem with but service staff is not good. I will take my car to Scottsdale from now on.

Beware!! Purchased an $80,000 car and I have been treated like trash and dismissed since I signed. Dishonest sales practice; over charged on sales tax and undisclosed damage on the vehicle. I have left over a dozen message with sales and management and not even the courtesy of a return call or email. Going on 3 months now and nothing. Spend your money elsewhere these folks don't deserve anyone's business.

By far the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. They are very rude, disrespectful, and condescending. The manager I dealt with was a liar and not a good one because he said "ahh" multiple times when shown the "mistake." Went to another dealership and made a sale within 45 minutes. They are a new dealership that does not seem to know how to do it the BMW way.

Watch the salespeople. Sad when they flip people off and they were the ones not watching what they are doing on the highway. Super rude. No plates on the black Tahoe.

4 hour wait to change ONE tire on my 740i with an appointment because our advisor Tom forgot to ticket our car. Once the vehicle was finally completed, they didn’t have the courtesy to clean the “new” tire and gave it back to us grey, old looking, and filthy— nothing resembling a new tire or at least similar to our other semi new tires. Total disappointment and highly doubt we will ever return to that dealership.

Customer service is terrible. I'm starting to get the impression the sales people are profiling potential customers. Because if you come in with torn Jean's and a tshirt, there's nobody who deliberately comes out to greet you, regardless of the fact that you can pay cash for a new car. But if you walk in with a suit or a business dress, all of a sudden you've got a team of experts all trying to show you the best features or the best deals. Really!! Used car salesman mentality in a BMW dealership??
