Wish I would have read the other reviews before purchasing a vehicle here. Hoping I can save someone else the trouble we are dealing with. We live out of state. Flew in to purchase the vehicle and pick it up. Was told all the wrong information regarding registration and CANNOT get one person to call me back to obtain what we need. In the meantime we are paying late fees on this end and beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism and lack of communication. This place is a joke. Would go to Chapman and drive to the other end of the valley before I dealt with these fools. They disgust me.
Out state purchases- BEWARE....Notice the tag; or lack there of. This is how they shipped the car. Is this tag legal? In which state? Arrowhead BMW did not demonstrate the BMW brand nor level of quality service. Worst experience ever. 🤢
Everything I wound not buy anything from them
***UPDATE*** After investigating the below circumstances it appears that not only is this dealership abhorrent in their customer service they are now claiming that we the customer canceled the deal. CONTINUED MISMANAGEMENT and lies. We waited over 6 weeks for this vehicle and paid a full $5000 deposit with signed document. Formal complaint filed with BMW North America.
