RecommendedI want to thank these amazing people I've never had a better experience with service at a dealership as with Arrowhead BMW I want to especially thank Felix he is amazing to do business with Richard and I appreciate all u have done with our X5
RecommendedGreat customer service! My service advisor and tech did a great job explaining everything done. Also love that there was a video of the inspection done on my vehicle.
RecommendedFrom my first text to get information, to them picking me up to go to the Dealership to sign papers. They always responded almost instantly, we're professional, easy to work with, and they always showed appreciation for my business. No one could ask for a better, more seamless transaction. I give them 10 stars on 5 star scale.
RecommendedGreat customer Service. 5 stars
RecommendedBeautiful place
RecommendedBest car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’m glad we have another option besides Chapman bmw. I had Brandon the salesperson and Emily the finance manager help me and they were extremly professional knowledgeable attentive and understanding of what I wanted and needed and played zero games true transparency. The facility was stunning as well.
