"Excellent Service Department " I drove from Cape Cod because of poor service experience . I will definitely use this dealer in future . Great service experience all around . Daniel Drinkwater was very accommodating .
"Very Satisfied " Upon arrival I a warm greeting bye the staff and seated in the waiting room, within less than 5 minutes I was called by the service advisor (Mr. Drinkwater) to discuss the reason for my visit.
"First BMW" While looking around for cars I found a model I liked in Norwood that had the features I was looking for. Took it for a ride so decided to talk price. That went well, and so did the whole process of purchasing it. The staff are attentive, easy to reach and responsive. Overall a very positive experience.
