"Repeat customers" This is the third BMW we leased through Robert Pellegrino at Habberstad of Bayshore. He is a true professional and always goes above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. The main reason for our continued patronage is the level of customer service we always receive at this dealership. "Great people, friendly and patient staff!!" After visiting another dealer much closer to my home I wasn't happy with, I was recommended to Habberstad in Bayshore where Lori Precht and Rob Pellegrino ensured a smooth and friendly sales and delivery process for my 2015 M3. "The best experience" The best experience ever in a car dealership. From my initial visit through today I am still amazed at the friendliness of the staff from Bob Dell in sales all the way to the general manager. No pressure and no sales tactics only honesty and friendliness. I have purchased many cars over the years and never experienced this level of professionalism and honesty. The quality of B M W speaks for itself. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

"Excellent shopping experience and customer service" I'd like to start off by saying that I had originally went to Rallye BMW because I expected a prestige customer service that they advertise with their superior showroom.
