"back again after the storm..." This is my 4th BMW...3rd time dealing with Habberstad Bayshore. 2nd time working with Robert Pellegrino. It was a pleasure once again. Back in within a year to replace my flooded 2013 328i and moved in to a 2014 328i. Overall experience was great! Even everyone in the service dept was courteous and friendly. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Robert Pellegrino as the person to go see!! He was extremely helpful and great to deal with! Thank you again! :-)

"Friendly and Caring!" From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted and introduced to our sales rep Ewa. She was amazing and made the entire process easy and quick. "Great Experience!" Our expierence with Dominic Lombardi was absolutely amazing. When we called in regards to a pre-owned X5 that we saw online , we were paired with Dominick. At that time, the vehicle was not at the Bay Shore dealership but he went the extra mile at had it there that very same evening and we were able to take it for a test drive . "Knowledgeable service with a smile" I came in with little to no expectations. I've had BMW's in the past from different dealers and usually the sales associate is on the arrogant, pushy side.
