"First Rate Customer Service--Carlos Villegas" I dealt exclusively with Carlos Villegas at BMW of Bay Shore and it was a wonderful experience. "A Sales Experience that matched the quality of the car!!" That's what Melissa delivered. As an old war dog of the "car lot" experience [having owned about 100 or so], I might not be regarded as the most warm and fuzzy modern suburban customer. However, Melissa gave me a direct path to the exact car that attracted me and made the deal happen with an "offer I couldn't refuse." The entire process was made enjoyable and not unnecessarily time [ or dollar ] consuming.

"Finally buying a new car was fun!" It was a pleasure buying a car from Habberstad and Carlos, my salesperson. The entire staff were absolutely professional. I never felt pressured by anyone, nor were there any shady sales tactics. As a woman I have had many negative experiences purchasing cars. Here I was treated with the utmost respect and was not spoken down to. I would absolutely purchase another car from this dealership. I recommend them highly!!
