I recommend James Piper! He was a pleasure to work with. Very straightforward. Not your typical car salesman. I was comfortable throughout the whole process and never felt he was "selling" me. A salesperson who is that relatable is very rare. I'd say he's the best salesperson in the business. Definitely ask for him if you go into Nick Alexander for a new BMW.
