Best experience ever with BMW!! Many thanks to Lin Li for being honest and made the overall process incredibly convenient for me. The deal we made over the phone was another reason I drove 5 hours instead of choosing other local BMW dealerships. Initial paperwork and application were sent via email, he overnighted final contract the next day, picked up the car a week later. I highly recommend working with him if you would like to save time, money and being treated more than just a customer.

I just bought a new car from this dealership. Staff is very friendly and Kyle got it done come and see him if you want a new BMW.
I knew I wanted a new car. I told them " I want no black-color car and must have a sunroof". I drove the car they pulled out and I loved it. 2 hours from the time I came in, I was out on my way to work. Excellent customer service.
