Marcos Lopez Has been an incredible help I finally bought my dream car BMW M4 Coupe this is the 3rd car I get from Marcos and this great dealership.
We were lucky enough to be referred to Julie Sanders by a trusted friend. The ease of seeing preowned inventory on line and speaking to Julie before even going to Nick Alexander couldn't have been less painful. I hate shopping for cars but Julie's knowledge and professionalism made our purchase a snap. She has been responsive to our needs and questions once we drove off the lot as well. We have bought several preowned Mercedes and BMW but this experience has been the best so far.
Apparently some employee here, “Johnny Watkins” thinks it’s funny to make racist comments about President Obama. I don’t know if he speaks for the entire dealership or it’s just his own twisted work view. But I’d be quite skeptical of purchasing a vehicle from this place if you’re a woman or a person of color.
This dealership is truly exceptional. They have nailed it, no high priced waiting room, or annoying high pressure salespeople. Instead they have focused on the things that real BMW enthusiasts care about like deep product knowledge, and the needs of the customer, getting treated fairly. My Wife & I just purchased a 2015 Mineral White 328i from Alexander BMW. We are thrilled with the car & the service we received from "our" Sales person Jorge Martinez! Jorge showed us lots of vehicles to choose from. He took his time with us, didn't pressure us, & allowed us to choose the car we were most comfortable with.
