Best experience ever!!! I worked with rich in finance . This was perhaps one of the most transparent low pressure experiences I have ever had.. I could only compare my experience to a five star hotel!! Unbelievable level of customer service and hospitality
Great Experience! Had a great experience working with Tim Muldoon and the staff at the dealership. The information and details regarding the car were provided upfront and without any fine prints. Tim was very courteous and walked us through all the details necessary for making a purchase. The transaction time was quick and non-painstaking at all. The car was delivered on time upon request so extremely happy with overall experience.
A quick Test Drive Visit turned into a purchase ! Went to BMW to drive a car since i had never owned a BMW before. I was going to test drive many different brands before making my decision. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. What would typically be a dreaded task for me, car shopping, I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience with the entire staff at BMW of Cape Cod. The service was outstanding and each step of the way the staff was very knowledgeable. Genuine helpfulness Buying a car through Tim Muldoon at Premier BMW was a very positive experience. He listened carefully to what I was looking for, was highly knowledgeable and resourceful in presenting my options, and quite patient as I tested a dozen other possibilities at other dealers. Greatest Experience Ever Going to the car dealership "can" be a dreadful decision. Going back and forth and dealing with sleazy management who are never transparent. Giving car dealers a new and improved image! I came into Premier BMW with very little knowledge of the product, and dreaded being bombarded by sales people and pressured into a purchase, like some past experiences at dealerships.
