The Best of the Best, BMW of Cape Cod My wife and I have been doing business with BMW of Cape Cod for a few years now. We actually have three BMWs and love every one of them. My X5 Purchase James is an Outstanding Salesman. There was no typical hard sell or pressure. He was extremely professional, thoroughly knowledgeable about the X5 model, and very prepared for the sale. During the test drive he had two models ready, warmed up and waiting for me to drive. During the completion of the sale he had everything ready; all the paperwork, floor mats and roof rack crossbars ready for the vehicle. Bob's 2018 X3 We have purchased four new BMW's from this dealership in the past years: an X3, a 435, an X1 and now the second X3. BMW of Cape Cod is outstanding - from Sales to Service - top notch! And of course, the vehicles are awesome! In all, we've owned a total of six BMW motor vehicles - one of them, a 540, for 19 years! Excellent Service Charles Cullen kept in touch with me throughout my appointment for a rain water leak that was hard to find. After a couple of tests they found the source and the problem Is resolved. I appreciate that the Tech Jeff was persistent and took time to speak with me to learn more about the issue when he couldn’t find the source after the first testing attempts. They cleaned the interior beautifully too which was a bonus with the mess my doggies create with their dusty paws.
Stellar experience I have dealt with about 12 dealerships to purchase vehicles and over 25 to shop around. BMW of Cape Cod has tied my 1st place experience of one other dealership here in MA. The entire process was speedy but thorough, from the initial phone call and emails thru thr day of purchase only 2 days later. My trade-in value was fair and at market, not below. I would highly recommend them!
