Stellar experience I have dealt with about 12 dealerships to purchase vehicles and over 25 to shop around. BMW of Cape Cod has tied my 1st place experience of one other dealership here in MA. The entire process was speedy but thorough, from the initial phone call and emails thru thr day of purchase only 2 days later. My trade-in value was fair and at market, not below. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent Service Department I used to drive all the way to Boston from the tip of the Cape to avoid the former BMW dealership located in Hyannis and their depressed service managers - the staff at funeral homes were far more pleasant. Thank goodness for the new ownership, service staff, and building that represents BMW of Cape Cod. Rebecca in the service department is outstanding, as is the manager of the department. No more long, overnight trips to Boston; the best is now here.

Wonderful experience! I worked with Tim Muldoon and I can say that it was the best car buying experience I've had to date. Tim was absolutely wonderful and very responsive. He gave me his personal mobile and I contacted him many times regarding the pros and cons of a specific car that I had my eye on.
