Excellent Customer Service My husband and I traveled far to this dealer just after a hefty snow storm to pounce on a great deal we saw on line. Visited Viti Volvo to purchase a new 2012 XC90 Volvo. I had spent several days on line getting pricing information and had also talked to other Volvo dealers. When I arrived at the dealership I knew exactly what I wanted to spend and what I wanted for a trade in allowance for my 2004 XC90 Volvo. Mr. Talbot's service was excellent. My family and I went for a vacation in Cape Cod and we accidentally hit the post of gas station. It was quite bad, as our rear windshield was completely shattered. We were told by BMW road assistance to go to his dealership. I didn't know how to approach anyone when we reached there.
