I bought a car from Paul Capparella at BMW of Cape Cod. The entire process was straightforward, and about as pleasant as purchasing a car can be. It was one of only a few times I've purchased a car without the dealership attempting to add on unexpected, bogus or erroneous charges and fees. You shouldn't have to compliment a dealership for that, but in my experience, it often goes other ways. Left with the car within 2 hours including test drive and trade-in. I would recommend them 100%.

Everything went fine with my vehicle recall fix. Arthur was very cordial and the work was done faster than their estimate which was very positive since I waited in the reception area which was quite comfortable
