I waited a new weeks for my appointment which was ok. Brought it in at 9:30 on Thursday. No word yet at 4:30 so I call but no answer; I left a message. Got a call just before 5 saying they had not worked on my car. Got a video text around 11:00 Friday saying I needed back brakes, I called and gave the go ahead. I was disappointed that car was not serviced on the day of the appointment. Luckily I was able to make the delay work.

My car was in for a simple oil change. Service was very good as usual. Only one minor problem. . The technician failed to cancel the service light on the dash which means I'll have to return to have the light turned off. Not their finest hour.

Brought my X5 in for a tire leak. Arthur not only helped me fix the tire on the spot, but did the required oil change while I was there. Great Service.
