Scheduled oil change for 10 AM. Arrived 9:45. Waited 2 hours. Inexcusable. Watched video of multi- point inspection. Very cursory two minute drill. Hood up. Everything looks good. Hood down. Complimentary car wash not performed. Instead referred to facility down the street. I had no time for that delay. So I certainly could not recommend to a friend. Overall, pretty poor service.
