Was very impressed with Maeve and the service that was provided regarding my car's navigation system, When I dropped the car off, Maeve asked if I needed a ride home (I didn't). Within about an hour, I received an email video of an inspection of the underside of my car, showing that there were no problems. When I picked the car up, Maeve told me there would be no charge since the navigation system only required a modest update.
