My car was damaged there in August when I went to get an oil change, something was sprayed on my car that damaged the paint, windows and trim; it hasn’t been fixed yet. I have been given the run around now for over 4 months. I was placed in a loaner car for 4 months and my car still has not been fixed. The customer service representative, Andrew was great. communicated key information at the right times and helped to get the work completed ahead of schedule. Fixed a tech issue I was having very quickly. As I was picking up right at their 6:00 closing, it was after normal hours when he helped me with the last-minute issue. Thanks Andrew.
Pros: mechanic work Cons: communication, car detail. I took my car in for full inside and outside car detail (with particular attention to a paint stain in the back trunk), brake pad replacements, tire rotation and rotor resurfacing. All the mechanic items were addressed appropriately and I even had a video update of what is needed/ what is good working condition. Thanks for that.
