I had a warranty issue with my new 2024 X5, and Andrew, one of the service guys at BMW of Greensboro, was awesome from start to finish! He kept in touch with me daily as they had some parts that didn't come in. They had given me a courtesy car in the meantime, so it didn't leave me without a BMW. I highly recommend them for all your service needs.

Purshased my 5th BMW today. From the beginning Greenboro has beat my pervoius experinces hands down. Perry and Amael kept me in the loop from the time I placed my order unitl it was delivered today. Oh and did I mentioned they beat my local dealer by $938 on the final sale price. My dravit gray X5 sDrive completely tricked out all the M options and then some is sweet.... Thanks guys the 3 month wait was worth it!
