Highly professional, attentive, cordial, and fair. Had some issues with a brand new vehicle that was not the fault of the dealership, likely something to do with manufacturing. The dealership dealt with me honestly, fairly, and also while contending with an upset me with having issues with a new car. Although it took some time, the dealership fixed the issues. BMW X5 After reading reviews I was skeptical about buying from this dealership. The deal went smooth, the car is as represented. So far so good. Buying experience with Kristin Mackey was excellent. The accounting person Nate Williams was also very professional and knowledgeable. Jim Hodges's and Joe Adams were also helpful, but Kristin was the best. I was late getting there but Kristin and Nate were very hospitable in doing the deal and glad to stay late to help get it done.
Customer service review There were some bumps in the road getting the right vehicle but overall it was a great success. Patience is a virtue!
Excellent dealership and I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The experience was very positive. Kristin was my sales consultant and was excellent. No one was pushy at all but answered all my questions to my satisfaction. No extra add ins when it came time to pay.
