Amanda with the Mercedes Benz Service Department was awesome to work with. She was so friendly and had answers for all my questions! The service department had my car done within a couple hours and everything looks great!

BMW of Lincoln’s Service Department is absolutely fantastic! From having extremely knowledgeable advisors (specifically Rudy in this case) to outstandingly helpful and kind shuttle drivers. Although my BMW X1 only needed 2 recalls addressed, Rudy used a pressure-free approach to recommend future mechanical fixes which will be done soon.
