Rudy was a pleasure to work with and his communication throughout the repair process was outstanding! And the shuttle/car swap was an additional bonus as it allowed me to have very little disruption in my work day to complete the car repairs.

Amanda with the Mercedes Benz Service Department was awesome to work with. She was so friendly and had answers for all my questions! The service department had my car done within a couple hours and everything looks great!
