I worked with Amanda at Mercedes of Lincoln and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service department was thorough and informed me throughout the service process what was being completed and offered choices. Very pleasant experience. I certainly will return in the future.
Colin Ludvik absolutely changed my opinion of car salesmen. His knowledge about the vehicle in which we were interested and his ability to explain all the various features and options in an understandable manner went a long way toward our purchase decision.

BMW of Lincoln’s Service Department is absolutely fantastic! From having extremely knowledgeable advisors (specifically Rudy in this case) to outstandingly helpful and kind shuttle drivers. Although my BMW X1 only needed 2 recalls addressed, Rudy used a pressure-free approach to recommend future mechanical fixes which will be done soon.
