Great Sales Service and follow ups I have leased a BMW and recently bought a BMW from Sam McCahon at Reliable BMW , they are always willing to go above and beyond for what ever you want. I have owned over 20 cars and have used several different dealerships over the years. From now on its only BMW for me. Even after the sell if I have had questions or a broken window , whatever Sam was happy to take my call and help. The service dept is friendly and cooperative. I couldn't be happier.
Great Experience I worked with Sam McCahon in purchasing my BMW X3 and had a fantastic experience. Sam has followed up different times just to be sure I'm happy with my vehicle and see if I have any questions with any of the features. This will be my third purchase with Reliable BMW and I continue to come back because of the great customer care I receive not only at the time of purchase but after! Sam's dedication to the customer and his job will be what I remember when it's time for another vehicle!
Customer Service Disappointed in some of the customer service. Keith was excellent in fixing the issue, whereas couldn't get Service to even get me answer to the question
Excellent service, felt more like family than a just another customer! Would highly reccommend. Had a couple bumps in the road with parts coming in, but the dealership was very flexible with letting me take a loaner (and promptly), and return it when worked for my schedule, not just theirs.
Terrible experience After my BMW breaking down on the side of the hwy, I had it towed here. It took nearly 2 days to run a simple diagnostic on a water pump replacement (which cost me over $150 and they didn't even complete all the promised services prior to presenting me with a $3500 estimate. I immediately started looking for an alternate dealership that charged me less than 1/3 of this price for the same work and treated me like a person and not a piggy bank
Bad Behavior I went to Relieable BMW to purchase a used 5 series. I found a car I was interested in and after going back and forth on price for a long time, I told the manager that I could get a very similar vehicle for $1500 less from another local dealer and left his office and headed to my car. The manager followed me out of the store yelling that I could go to Kansas City or St. Louis to get service and that he was going to put my name on a list at the dealership and I could not get service on the BMW for 2 years. They never answer the phone. Long hold times. They try to upsell a bunch of services that you don't need. They are also often rude.
