Excellent Customer Service My husband and I came in to purchase a family friendly vehicle as we just had a baby and needed something with 4 doors. Wilfredo Rodriguez was the salesman that we spoke with. He showed us a variety of pre-owned and new vehicles. We finally decided on what we wanted and the process could not have gone better. Excellent Sales and Service I just bought a new BMW 2 series. This is my 3rd BMW . My Salesman Sam is amazing and listen to what I actually want. 3 Series Search I recently inquired about the new BMW 3 series and was assisted by a gentleman named Sam Mccahon. The gentleman was very helpful and full of all the information I wanted. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle but plan to in the near future, and when I do, I sure hope this young man will be the one assisting me in my purchase.
Overall, very pleased, Everyone at Reliable BMW was very nice, very professional, and easy to deal with. Sam , especially, was great as our sales adviser. He made the overall process very enjoyable.
