Everyone was so very pleasant and smiling and my sakes person Shawn was exceptionally pleasant and willing to help and offer any advice. It was a good experience.
They worked hard to get the deal done that would work for both of us.
Yamil was courteous and respectful in following up when a new car became available. He showed excellent skill in keeping me in his contacts and reached out with a great new option.
Go see Tim for your next car! He made the process quick, easy, and enjoyable. Found my ideal car, and even got it here magically fast. Great experience, from start to finish.
Tim was awesome! Very knowledgeable about every model and zero pressure. Super friendly and made the experience fun. Highly recommend shopping with Tim for your next vehicle!
The staff was so nice and not pushy AT all! ! They helped us find exactly what we were trying to find.
We have purchased two cars from Yamil at BMW of Springfield. I would highly recommend him and the dealership for their professionalism and attention to detail.
Yamil is an extremely dedicated and responsive sales associate. He is terrific to follow up and frequently calls to see if there is anything we need. He makes car shopping a very pleasant experience, at least for me that is uncommon. Whenever we have a need or car interest we call Yamil.
Yamil did a great job with helping us find the vehicle. Highly would recommend him to help you get into your next BMW!
