I would expect a Bmw of a prestigious area like the main line to have a nitrogen tire filling machine. If one dealer is going to provide nitrogen filled tires , if I need air/nitrogen or service of my tire I expect another BMW dealer to be able to Service them.l accordingly. I have had a horrible experience with this dealership. I've been given misinformation all throughout the sales process. The most critical piece of information I was not given is that I need to have a vehicle inspection in order to get my license plates and registration since I live in another state. This was told to me 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle and now that they waited so long, I am going to be without plates once the temporary ones expire, and won't even be able to drive my new car. Purchased my first BMW yesterday thanks to KC Chan at BMW of the Main Line. He was referred to me by a close friend who recently purchased two cars from him as well. Wonderful, easy experience and beautiful dealership. I did not feel pressured at all and feel like I walked away with a great deal. March 28th - I leased a new BMW XI and turned in my previously leased BMW March 30th - I was charged for my previous lease April 30th - I again was charged for my previous lease May 19th - I was charged for "excessive wear and tear” June 1st - A manager reached out to me, he apologized for the erroneous charges and assured me that I would be reimbursed for the payments and that the dealership would cut a check for "excessive wear and tear".
