BNT refused to install the impact windows at a specified price. BNT states additional charges totaling over $500, added on to an original specified price of $1500 which stated installation included for the Impact Windows. Absolutely NO additional charges where stated in the original contract. BNT practices deceptive offerings which is Bait and Switch. I checked with the City for the cost of the permit. unknown I called them in for an estimate for replacing my windows. The person was punctual, but then there were delays in giving me a correct proposal. I was told if there was any damage when removing the windows, I'd have to have it fixed separately. Also, they told me I would get a "big Angie's List discount"...which amounted to $500.
Well I was really hoping it would work out and I would be able to leave a great review like so many others but ultimately BNT was not the right company for us. The salesman arrived on time but I felt concerned that he was not writing everything down or taking notes. We talked about my budget and he was trying to find windows that would meet it which was good. He had a couple samples with him that I could also see. So the initial visit went pretty well. unknown They installed hurricane impact window in my living room and bedroom. They arrive on time and called prior before they come to give you notice. They also allow you to pay installment payment, so it's easy on your pockets.

Still waiting for the estimate <p>Consultant came to house to measure for Impact replacement windows. Consultant seemed to be knowledgeable and was pleasant.</p> <p>He told us the office would have the estimate emailed out to me within 2 days. After a week of no estimate, I emailed the consultant. he apologized, blamed the office and said would get it later in the day.Wellwe never got it. I contacted the office of BnT Services regarding the replacement of 3 windows in my house that were leaking. I received a call from John Stephens within 30 minutes of scheduling the estimate with his office to confirm the time and address. John was running approximately 5 minutes late but called to let me know about this 15 minutes before the scheduled time. He thoroughly explained all our options and the different choices of windows.
