customer service Mike in customer service is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is, I wish they would wash our cars when their in for service. My friends almost always say their dealership washes their cars after service.

Very knowledgeable sales personnel. Our salesman was very knowledgeable and informative working hard to locate the vehicle we were interested in. All our questions were addressed in a professional manner without any pressure when selected options were not available on their current inventory. In addition, while the closing process was lengthy, the warranty review was complete presenting multiple options for vehicle service for the expected life of the car. Purchase of a Ford Edge The salesman (Bill Maloney) tried very hard to get us the 2016 Ford Edge we really wanted.. He worked with his Sales Manager (Dave Bundus) to find a good alternative. The SYNC Specialist (Fran Madigan help us to understand a couple of new features. Service (Curt Brown) was helpful in our understanding a some options.
