2017 Ford Escape Bob Gillingham on Brookpark Rd. in Parma OH is by far the best car dealership I have ever been too. You can tell from the moment you walk in that it is a family owned dealership.Everyone was so nice and friendly, all of the staff made it so comfortable with purchasing a vehicle. 10 out of 10 rating!!!

Great service From the call to schedule service on my Ford Fusion to when I picked up my car Mike M. In the service department explained what was wrong with my car and told me what needed to be done and kept me informed on the progress . A truly great experience !
Sales Everyone from the Sales Dept., Credit Dept. & Service Dept. very pleasant to deal with. John Gilmore kept me updated on my needs. No pressure by sales to purchase vehicles,very important to me when shopping for a new vehicle. Would never recomend Liberty Ford in Brunswick.
