L-O-F requirement I took my van for its required L-O-F and other needed repairs. They rotate my tires and they gave the van a 100% check. The service department is a team working to service the customer. Mike Murad was the service advisor. He makes sure the van is 100% when it leaves the shop. All the people in the shop are great people. When a customer leaves to go home the customer knows the Van is working like the day I drove it home the day I purchased the van.
