Purchase Process was very efficient I was looking for a car, I found one, when I went to the dealer, Bob Gillingham who had the car, the experience could not have been better. I worked with Ken Miller and he did an excellent job. I was also able to meet Bob Gillingham and I totally enjoyed the conversation. GREAT Experience. I would recommend Bob Gillingham Ford for all buyers who want to feel good after the sale.
Buy a new and used car I have now bought two car through Bob Gillingham Ford and have had a great experience both times. Their sales department have a no non-sense approach and work to get you the best deal out there, not just working with one lending institution. I have had the first car serviced there from routine oil changes to an accident repair., all the time they work to make sure that you are taken care of from the rental car to the time of completion with the service.
2014 Ford Explorer XLT Hello: First time buying a Ford, won't be my last!! Gillingham Ford in Parma/Ohio was a truly satisfying experience. Everyone was friendly and very famlily oriented. Ken Miller was my Sales representative and was very helpful in pricing out all available options, rebates and incentives on various models. Matt Ellison did the financing paperwork and it was a breeze. Would definitely go back to this dealership!!
Great Edge experience I was very impressed that I told the salesman Bill Maloney and sales manager Dave Bundus what I wanted and where I wanted to be price wise and they didn't pull any punches and struck up a deal that was acceptable to me. Nobody was pushy in any way and very friendly and helpful. To sum it up they worked hard to keep my business. I will definitely be back to buy a vehicle in the future.
2011 Ford Fusion SEL Nice Experience No matter how hard I look I keep coming back to Bob Gillingham Ford. 2015 Fusion I worked with Fran in sales and Matt in finance, and they were both very helpful throughout the whole process. Fran never pressured me into anything and exhausted every possible way to get more rebates and money knocked off the price of the Fusion. Matt was quick but thorough when going over the paperwork, and again never pressured me into anything.
