Normally when shopping for a new car, I end up wanting to tear my hair out. The knowledgeable staff at Bob Gillingham Ford were not only patient with me in answering all my questions, but they also never once made me feel pressured. Of all the dealerships I've visited in Cleveland, this is the one that treated me like a person, and not a sale.
Impressive team of sales people at this Parma Ford dealership. With only one Ford Escape Hybrid on the lot, I was able to test drive it from Bob Gillingham himself! Fran was very helpful and personable by asking me what I was looking for in a car, the type of monthly payment I wanted to have as well as about my current car and if I would be trading it in for a new or used Ford Escape Hybrid. Bob Gillingham Ford is on Brookpark Road, just off of the Ridge Road exit on 480. It's pretty easy to get to if you're on the West Side of Cleveland, but it's really worth the trip for people from anywhere in the Greater Cleveland area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely not looking out for the customer please don't ever take your car here! The fixed something from my car, told me it was fixed and it wasn't and then charged me an additional 400 dollars to fix something else they now think it was and the service manager was extremely rude laughing at me and my wife when we were trying to explain to him our concerns. I would not recommend this place to anyone, They are very diceptive and sneaky when it come to getting money from you
Poor service dept. Had a problem with the transmission on our 2015 Escape,Shifting was jerky,The service dept. said well there is nothing on the the computer about it so there was nothing they would do.I know better Iv'e been driving for 30 years.At the time there was class action lawsuit about transmission problems on this model.They talked to me like I was silly. They are xxxxxxx.Never buy a car from them again.

Joe the body shop manager/the scammer They did such a bad job on my car I had to take it back twice so they can fix their mistakes. The second I picked up my car their was chip of paint on my driver side door he didn’t want to resolve this like a manager should instead he called the cops an had me an my 6 year old son escorted off the property.. all I wanted was to talk to someone higher than him they are complete liars and scammers just be carful an always take pictures before leaving your car their

Unprofessional, discourteous and unreliable I bought my Focus ST elsewhere and was looking for a good service center. Someone recommended the Gillingham Ford location on Brookpark Road. My expectations were admittedly high since I was recommended by a family member of the owner, but my experience was anything but. Body shop blunders After being involved in an accident I took my vehicle to Gillingham Ford. My initial feeling was that they had been in business a long time, a good reputation and that my neighbor also recommended them. On 02/02/2017 I had brought my vehicle in for an estimate, at that time everyone seemed friendly and courteous. 2 weeks later after sorting thru all the insurance info, I had made an appointment for 03/28/2017 at 8:30 am.
