Bob first worked with me in 2011 setting up the mortgage for my first time home purchase. He was very patient and made sure I understood the entire process which hit some snags (due to property issues) but ultimately was successful. I was very appreciative when Bob reconnected with me 3yrs later to offer a chance to refinance at a significantly better mortgage rate. I look forward to working with Bob in the future should I find myself in a situation requiring mortgage assistance

Bob is very knowledgable about the whole process. I believe we have refinanced our home three times now and Bob is the only one that we call and will ever call if needed
