My wife and I were taking out a loan at the end of a long renovation, and were fatigued. Every chance Bob got, he made this process easier for us. Did he explain everything well? Yes. Bob and his team were fantastic throughout the whole process. He clearly explained how everything would roll out and even answered questions while on vacation. We had to close very quickly on our home and he was able to accommodate our timeline. We will definitely use Bob in the future!

We've acquired and refinanced mortgages with Bob Pezzella several times over the past 15 years, and wouldn't work with anyone else! Bob is diligent, but always patient and courteous, and will do everything to get you the best rates.

Bob was great, he explained everything so that a novice could understand. Very knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. I will use Bob again for any real estate that I purchase.
