I knew there was a lot of work involved with buying a property. The thought of the financial process of it made me cringe and I have to say, I stressed way more over the colors to paint my walls than I ever did with Bob. He literally did everything for me. TO be honest we started and expected to not get approved and even when we did, thought the process was going to be so painful from what we heard. Bob made this the least painful thing ever and helped us get into the home we wanted and deserved. I will be sure to send any and all people I know looking to buy a home to go to him. He will walk you thru it step by step and tell you everything. Bob, you and your team I cannot cannot cannot say thank you enough!

Bob and his staff were very informative and very easy to work with. Its been years since I have applied for a home mortgage and the criteria has changed drastically! Bob is an excellent lender. We worked with Bob to buy a home in 2008 and now in 2017 to refinance. He is efficient, communicative, and thorough. I always have a lot of questions and he is happy to explain everything multiple times in a way that is easily understood. He stayed in touch throughout each step and responded quickly to any of our inquiries. We have worked with other lenders and working with Bob was by far the best experience. We highly recommend him and will contact him again for any of our needs in the future.

He was very professional and explained the lending process fully. He helped work thru the loan process so that it was short and painless. Working with Bob made the process very easy and was processed and a very reasonable time frame so that we closed early.
