Although I didn't purchase a vehicle from this dealership, I was very happy with my experience. They followed up in response to my internet inquiry and accommodated my schedule for a test drive. Joe, my salesperson, was friendly and personable. He introduced me to the sales manager, who was helpful. The reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the dealership is undergoing renovation, and customers are not allowed in the old building. They have a tent set up outside, and it was freezing that day. Response to my inquiry was very quick. I was able to get an appointment easily. When I arrived the vehicle pictured was not the model available and it was not cleaned up yet. Obviously not the vehicle for me but the customer service was good and I would consider returning.

After putting out a search for specific parameters, Bob Ruth was one of the few to actually pay attention, give a rough estimate of my trade and come to a tentative agreement before driving 2 hours. No "well come and look at our stock" first. My trade value doesn't change based on what vehicle I'm looking at. It is what it is.
