Great experience! Everyone was friendly and helpful. They are strictly following safety guidelines for Covid-19. Ron Rosen was our salesman, and he was very down-to-earth. We were very interested in the RAV4 we test drove, but decided on another one at another dealership that had less mileage.

Called ion Friday, went in Saturday came home with a vehicle same day. 3rd car we purchased from this dealer. George Myers was our salesmen and I cannot say enough about working with him. He is wonderful to work with. Will go back for our next vehicle.

Bob Ruth Ford was hands down the best dealership I have ever purchased a vehicle from. We were specifically looking for a Ford Flex, and we found a great deal on one at Bob Ruth, we contacted them on a Wednesday just before closing to make sure they still had the vehicle. The next morning I called back and explained that we were over 2 hours away from them, but interested in that specific vehicle, and we submitted our credit app over the phone, scanned and emailed all documents.
