The dealer went above and beyond. They were able to fix a very minor dent and also a paint chip on the car I picked before purchasing. Great communication and exceptional service. Would definitely buy here again. Great deals on vehicles.

I found the staff quite prompt and responsive to my questions and they also provided photos of the interior which were not on their website. I appreciated the fact that Bob Ruth Ford did not pad their bottom line with unjustified dealer prep and other costs. The all-in price only included state sales tax and tags and registration and a small fee. The RAM truck was attractively priced. They treated me great. Vehicle was as advertised and service on site was top notch. Highly recommend Both Ruth Ford - Joe was excellent to work with.
They were quick to respond to inform me that the truck was already sold . when I showed up in the show room a salesman tried to sell me a f150 . ( NOT what I was looking for also I wanted used not new like the 150 was )
Sales person Dave very friendly and answered all our questions. Both he and Joe made our visit ,enjoyable and we ended up with the car that we were interested in. I would recommend this dealer to others.
