Better communication, there were several mistakes and the ball was dropped so much throughout the process !!! These new builds in house lenders offer you so many incentives so you take the deal but in the end they make you wish you have gone with another lender. I mean what loan officer gives you the incorrect wiring instructions???? That is unheard of! I am not pleased on any level and my advice would he leave the credits and use you own lender!

This rating is not just about Bobby - it's about the entire process including the back office. They should have better understood our situation after we told them several times, and asked for the appropriate paperwork rather than go down the list and ask for things on their checklist that weren't necessary. Example #1: I submitted our joint taxes for the last couple of years. There was no alimony or child support on those taxes, yet they still asked me for my divorce decree. I think you have to get your teams on the same page. It’s like they don’t talk to each other, we have to do things multiple times with different people.
