This survey is specifically for Debra Winstead. She stepped in and cleaned up after the initial agents made a mess of our account. She is to be commended for her professional and courtesy, and tenacity. I would wholeheartedly recommend working with Debra. She followed up as promised, and saw this project through to the end. Bobby was super responsive--especially at the end of the process. I sent an email with a question and he called me right back--even on Sunday! He would always say, "You won't have to look for me," and he was right.

Bobby was AWESOME! He walked us through every step of the home-buying process and was always willing to explain things to us and answer our questions. As first-time homebuyers, he made us feel more aware of what’s going on and how things work during the process. He called or texted us almost every day to inform us of interest rates or to inform us of where we are in the home-buying process. He definitely made the home-buying process much easier for us!

Bobby was very helpful and informative throughout the home-buying process. It was our first time purchasing a home and he was always available to answer our many questions. He really made sure to make us feel comfortable and gave us important information which helped us in our decision-making on purchasing our home.
