My company uses you to service our pickup/delivery vehicles. When my 2004 Pilot was diagnosed by the dealer as needing new struts (reason - because they are the originals) and brushings, I called B&S. Very thankful I did, and will absolutely utilize your services in the future.

Having a diesel engine, I made it known that I had a unique oil that was needed. I made my first appointment for service after being told that they would have the requested oil in stock. When I showed up they didn't have the oil or even realize they needed anything different than they would use for a traditional gasoline engine. I attempted to educate these professionals and brought my car in the following day when they were to have ordered the correct oil. They special ordered the wrong oil this time. My car wouldn't start on an incredibly snowy day. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem in a timely fashion, but they also were able to correct the issue quickly (replace the fuel pump). I had my car back that same day. They are not condescending and answered all my questions honestly, and in terms I could easily understand, no matter how silly they may have been. I will be back. No doubt.
