5 STARS Great company to do business with. Ed (tech) came today for a maintenance check on my heating system. He was very nice, and professional, and knowledgeable.He also replaced a faulty part in the unit.I fully recommend this company.
Our carbon monoxide monitor went off randomly one afternoon while the furnace was running. I shut it off and Boehmer was able to come 2 days later to inspect it. The service tech, William, was so nice and after his inspection explained what was happening and why the whole unit needed to be replaced. Shawn came out the same day to size everything and offered space heaters in the meantime, but we had a warm up so they weren't needed. I just completed my winterization service call w “Ed” - he and the Boehmer organization are my “go-to” for all HVAC services. Ed is the best! So knowledgeable, respectful and professional. He deserves a 5+ ! I highly recommend a whole house humidifier - last winter was the best in my home with Boehmer’s assistance/ installation. Next up? A whole house air purifier!!!!!!
Matt I. was my service rep. He did a great job of explaining everything and making sure I knew my options.
Matt Leraci was the tech who came to check my A/C . He was very professional and knowledgable . Due to some physical limitations , I have trouble getting around my home . Besides doing his job , Matt asked if there was anything he could do for me before he left . He has been here before and I would trust him in my home even if I wasn't there . 20 stars I have been using this company for decades (formerly Economy Heating) and the service is always great. Just had an issue with the furnace and instead of installing a new furnace they replaced the heat exchanger. Matt identified a defective piece in the new heat exchanger and took an extra hour to pick up the replacement part which I am sure put him behind schedule. Matt did a fantastic job with our heater and air conditioner maintenance. He was thorough and went the extra mile to find the source of a small intermittent leak.
