Besides doing his job , Matt asked if there was anything he could do for me before he left . He has been here before and I would trust him in my home even if I wasn't there . Recommended20 stars I have been using this company for decades (formerly Economy Heating) and the service is always great. Just had an issue with the furnace and instead of installing a new furnace they replaced the heat exchanger. Matt identified a defective piece in the new heat exchanger and took an extra hour to pick up the replacement part which I am sure put him behind schedule.
