Wow! is just a small fraction of how pleased we are with the service Damon provided for our broken air conditioning unit both today and yesterday. This is actually the 3rd time Damon has been to our home and each time, the repairs/service call has been done quickly and professionally. Damon is very knowledgeable and solved a problem no one else has been able to identify. RecommendedI have been dealing with Economy for years. Ed is a regular at our home for the yearly check ups on our heating and central air. He works efficiently and answers any questions. I always have confidence that if Ed is driving the truck then I can start to breathe a sigh of relief. I can't say that about too many repair/tech persons.

Recommended RecommendedWe had a great experience with Boehmer today. Out central air unit went bad late Friday night. We called them around 9am today and they assured us that a technician would be here before noon. A little before 10am is when the technician, Rick, arrived at our house. Rick was very professional and polite and knew within seconds what the issue was. We had a bad capacitor and the unit needed cleaned. I have been a customer of Economy Heating, then Boehmer (when the companies merged) for more than 25 years. Courteous and knowledgeable technicians, helpful office staff, and great availability for both routine service and emergencies. I have never considered taking my business elsewhere.
