Bond 45 is a nice place. The fare is pretty standard and the quality good. I had a party of 6 and we all had steak and/or lobster. Its not a Chicago or Vegas steakhouse, but still good. The highlight of the evening was our server Noel. It was her first week on the job and no one even knew until she told us! She was professional, attentive and a delight.
Food was great, service not so much... Slow, inattentive, forgot salads and side dishes. For what you pay for this meal, you really want the service to be better.
We hosted another newly engaged couple to celebrate impending nuptials. We enjoyed our dinners a lot, however, the service could have been more present and inviting. For starters, there was no one around to receive us when we arrived and we had to hunt down the hosts. Secondly, we were stashed away on one of the side balcony rooms, on a cold October evening -- and ignored by servers. As a visitor to the area, I would definitely return and recommend Bond 45 to a friend. Food, atmosphere, and service were fabulous. This was also my first experience at Bond 45 and I enjoyed the entire experience
My wife ordered a med rare steak, when it was brought to the table it was med well. A new steak was brought back and it was cooked right. But the lobster was rubbery and crab topping wasa smaller amount.
Overall a nicely prepared and tasty meal. Service was good, almost "too much" in fact, in that it was rather slow for a Friday night at the restaurant, so it seemed we were being constantly checked on and this may have been almost too disruptive for our group which was trying to enjoy a dinner conversation. Overall nice atmosphere and everyone was pleased with their meals.
We got seated in our own area (called the playpen).it was wonderful and the server Roger took outstanding care of us!
Great food, Great drinks and very attentive service! They accommodated all our special requests and did so very graciously.
The food and service were excellent. The ambiance was a bit casual, but this may be one of those restaurants that has separate sections for causally dressed tourists/vacationers and then a formal dining room for those in business attire, which I can appreciate.
