The staff was very accommodating and very good service. We were a pre-theatre party of 6. They sat us downstairs where it’s quieter, and we were really able to hear each other. The noise level was just right for us.
The food was very good. Unfortunately, our servers shift ended after he took our order and we were kind of left without a server. We waited quite a while, had to ask for bread. One of the meal orders was not placed. The manager was very apologetic. Gave us dessert to share.
Great Spot!!! I will surely return for the Spaghetti Carbonara
Atmosphere was great - very chill and lots of menu options. We had branzino and the largest chicken parmesan serving I have ever seen. Fried olives were great starter and the mixed drink selection was amazing!! Will return!
Reservation was at 8:30. Not seated until after 9pm. Manager was great and offered us some Prosecco as we waited. Service was slow once seated as we really never knew who our server was. Had to go the bar to ask to pay my bill. Food was outstanding. I have been to Bond 45 multiple times usually a very good experience.
Really enjoyed the food and our severe was amazing
They messed up my order but fixed it promptly. Food was delicious though and quiet enough to have a good conversation with the person I was meeting with for business.
Have eaten here (or the original location) for many years. Definitely an off evening, maybe the rain? Saturday night the staff seemed particularly stressed. Our waiter had a huge table and the rest of us with 3 or 4 per table. Although he was polite , he was no where to be seen, the water never got refilled, the wine didn't either. We were there from 4:40 (for a 4:30 reservation) and left the restaurant at 7:35. The level of service from the busy boys to the waiter was very disappointing. Thank goodness the theatre was around... read more
Eight of us went here for Sunday brunch prior to a 2 pm show. We made reservations for 11:30 and were seated immediately. Our server Edward was very friendly and attentive. We all enjoyed the shareable Caesar salad, but then had to wait a bit for main entrees. Food was very good but priced high like NYC restaurants. Really enjoyed the Italian Benedict. Good if you are not in a big hurry. Brunch menu had nice variety.
