Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

Looking for a special restaurant for a special occasion? Bond 45 is it. The restaurant receives high marks for quality and service. Chocolate covered peanut brittle when you walk in the door, awesome service and generous portion sizes. A hostess walks around givng chocolate/chocolate chip cookies. They don't rush you but the food does come out quickly. The restaurant fills up quickly by 6 PM. Try the baked Lasagna(shareable) or take it home for great leftovers. This was my first time and I will be back.
This is my go to place when visiting Broadway/Time Square. Always welcoming, Great cocktails, Service & Food. Broadway cast dine here often.
I have probably eaten here a dozen times in the past few years. If you make a reservation, you are seated quickly and the food and service are reliably good. Interesting salads, pastas and fish that take advantage of seasonal offerings. I often dine with a group of friends and while we sometimes wonder whether we should try a new place, we always find something new and interesting on the menu. We've been to Bond 45 many times before the theater and always enjoy it. The location is excellent at 45th near Broadway. The food is always very good and the service is outstanding - prompt, friendly, and efficient. We never felt rushed and made our theater in plenty of time. One of the highlights of Bond 45 is the vegetable antipasto, with excellent choices. We will certainly return when we are attending the theater or in the Times Square area.
Warm welcome to 3 ladies of advanced age (75 plus) by maitre d who sent a complimentary prosecco to us when he discovered we were all southern lefties as was he. Waiter was friendly, helpful and attentive. Loved the pails of chocolate mousse and whipped cream! Have already told friends, wonder why it took so long to find this restaurant conveniently located for Broadway theatre.
Open late, serving large portions, done with flair and just the right touch of (friendly) New York attitude. Veal parmigiana is a standout, and the size of an area rug. Split two or even three ways. Bond 45 is an excellent solution to the generally mediocre and touristy fare in Times Square.
I always enjoy myself at Bond 45 - love the food, especially, antipasto, fried artichokes and calamari, and the burrata. We were disappointed this past visit that the fryer was broken, so we weren't able to order all that we wanted. This particular visit, the place seemed extra noisy, but perhaps it was because we were right next to a work station, with a lot of clattering of silver, china, and serving trays.
