We were seated in the bar area. In retrospect, we should've asked to be upstairs. The bar area was noisy and the tables were very close together. I've been to this restaurant before but was seated upstairs which is a more fine dining experience. I think the prices are more warranted with the finer dining experience. That being said, the food was delicious. I would recommend the restaurant but only with the upstairs seating.

I had the best open faced lasagna. Everyone thought it was a pizza. There is definitely enough for two to share with this dish.

We dined at Bond 45 last year when in NYC and thoroughly enjoyed both our meal & the service so we were looking forward to returning this year. I'm not sure if it was because this time we were there on a Saturday, but our waitress didn't seem interested in us at all. She was only waiting on 5-6 tables but just didn't seem to be around or doing anything. Finished plates were left on the table for 15 minutes, we poured our own wine. The food was fantastic and would have preferred to give a tip to the chef, as opposed to our wa... read more

Can't say enough about this restaurant. It was a fabulous dining experience. And we haven't used the word "experience" when dining in a very long time!

My husband and i had a gift certificate to this restaurant. I'm glad we did because we probably wouldn't have ever went here. the experience was wonderful from beginning to end. the hostess gave us a warm greeting upon entering. We were a little early for our seating so we sat at the bar and had a drink. The bartender was very friendly. We were then seated in a lovely corner table which looked out onto the crowd. Our waiter Michele was very friendly and attentive and didn't make us feel rushed. He explained in full detail al... read more

The food was good and the room lively. The service on the otherhand was questionable. We were seated for a party of 7 with one side being a very soft cushioned seat. The dinner wanted to sit in a regular chair but the server advised that the leg was broken and they did not have any other chairs. We then complained that the table was wobbly and were told to push them together tightly to stop the rocking. Then one party ordered trout and the other ordered branzino. Two of the exact dishes came out and the server insisted they ... read more

My husband & I both ordered the trout. It was very fresh and delicious. We also ordered the mash potatoes. It was presented in a casserole dish and had cheese on top. Mmmm so delicious. Had no room for dessert. Would definitely go back.

My dining experience at Bond 54 was average. Pricey restaurant for o.k. food. I had a fettucine dish with prosciutto which was filling, so my husband ate the leftovers on my plate (his veal dish was not enough for him). The service was good, but I felt we were rushed. And, it was very loud! Probably better for a larger group or a family.
