Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

In June, we celebrated my nieces 16th birthday there. Every November, I bring a group to dine there and previously we dined at Dopo Teatro. Most years, in December, I bring my family there. Each experience is great! The food is superb, service excellent, and the place is a gem. Highly recommended. Donna
It is possible to have a first rate meal at Bond 45. The vibe is Italian. But the fish is fresh, the steaks are top quality and vegetarians and vegans have a large variety of delicious vegetable preparations. The main course portions of chicken and veal parm are definitely enough to share. The waitstaff are pros and committed to getting you to the show on time without making you feel rushed through your meal. It is a grown up restaurant that my grandchildren love. The complimentary cookies and candy are an added treat.

You just can't go wrong here - there's something for everybody at this Times Square classic from vegetable antipasto selections to pastas, thin-crust pizza to steak. Great pre-theater destination. Reservations suggested. You will become a returning diner. Bond 45 is always tasty, always reliable.

Loved the lasagna, like no other lasagna I've ever seen. Excellent service, asked if we had to make a theater curtain (we did). Nice place, good comprehensive menu. Too noisy, of course, as most places are nowadays.

Food is reasonably good. Large portions - especially the veal. Friendly service. They got us in and out quickly.
