love this place- been here about 5 times - had the veal parm which is like no other one you have head- it is one of their specialities and well worth it--- i challenge you to finish it---- Also ate here on Christmas day last year, so if you are in the City for that day-- go for it
Great restaurant. Have eaten here several times. One thing I did not see coming was the price for a GLASS of Pino Grigio. My wife ordered a total of (2) glasses thruout dinner......TOTAL $14/glass = $28. How can a glass of non specified wine cost $14/glass even in NYC? There will be no wine next time.
if anything food came to quickly, food was excellent.
Great place in the heart of Times Square.
portions are huge, so plan to share, especially the lasagna and veal dishes.
good place for after the show dinner or drinks
Reliable, very good food, best for lunch & dinner before theater, professional & attentive wait staff. The Antipasti has wonderful choices; flavors are wonderful for the palate, a combination of savory & sweet.
We wanted a fun and historic spot before going to the theatre, and something we could walk to (near the theatre) to avoid traffics and crazy Times Square backups. We loved Bond45... great waiter, excellent choice of food. One of us ordered the signature lasagna (looks like pizza!), another had the veal chop (big portions, very good) and the others had pasta. Nice wine, dessert and expressos were lovely. It is not for a quiet meal, and it is not a small place that we typically visit on restaurant row, but were happy with it.
A goods bet before the theatre. A bit pricey, but portions can be split.
