Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

I am a big fan of Fiorello's, which is owned by the same person. I love their antipasto bar, and Bond45 has a similar one. Yum! Service was friendly and professional, as it also is at Fiorellos. One doesn't always expect good food and service in the heart of the theater district, so it's nice when you find it!
Made a reservation on a whim. Glad we did. Food was excellent. Ribeye steak was perfectly done and delicious. Lasagna was interestingly presented but was great. Whenever we return to NYC....we'll eat at Bond 45.
Our second time at the restaurant. Each occasion has been marked by outstanding food and service. This time we were dining before seeing a show. We allowed for plenty of time and the waiter was excellent at pacing a great meal. Highly recommend this place!!
The restaurant was very accommodating when our party size changed at the last minute. The building is beautiful. We loved that you can see the kitchen. When we asked the waiter about the asparagus he just looked over and you could see the size. The food was great. Another excellent dining experience. Great setting. The wait staff was very helpful in making wine selections. We never felt rushed. Our food was served hot and cooked perfectly. Try the arugula and pear salad, you'll be glad you did. And, you can't believe their homemade cheesecake! It's a meal in itself.
I NEVER write reviews....we loved Bond 45! Food, service and atmosphere was fantastic.
This place is great! Went to see Evita afterwards. They were timely with bringing all the food and drink out without compromising quality.
